Desiree has been with the Great Lakes team since 2014,

and on the leadership team since its development in

2016. Having a degree in Photographic Technology, she

spent several years working in the event industry prior to

landing in the green industry by happenstance. She has

since developed a passion for our industry and has never

looked back. When away from Great Lakes, Desiree can be

 found traveling afar with her family or camped out in their

 5 th wheel.

 

 

 

 

Hector or Ramon as some like to call him, started at Great Lakes

in 2004. He loves the outdoors, nature, and likes

He enjoys being on a job site as it allows him to mentor

crew members, interact with clients and witness

a backyard transform into an oasis right before his eyes.

 

 

 

 

 

Jeremy began his landscape career in 1997 and graduated

from MSU with a bachelor’s degree in horticulture with

an emphasis on design. As a member of the leadership team

who started at Great Lakes in 2005, his passion for plants

and design has aided his design style and capabilities,

leading him to become an award-winning landscape designer

 

 

 

 

Kathy, who has been in finance for over half her life,

started at Great Lakes in 2011. With her in-depth knowledge

of the company’s finances, she has become a valuable member

of our leadership team and one many go to with questions.

In her spare time Kathy enjoys camping and spending time

with her family.

 

 

 

Rick joined the team in 2017, the leadership team in 2018,

and is passionate about trucks and equipment as well as

snow removal in its entirety, making the position a perfect fit.

He began working on cars with his father at a young age

building hot rods and started working on cars professionally

in 2007. His snow removal passion started when he was

12 years old going door to door with a shovel,

saving money until he bought an ATV with a plow.
